By using the Website, sending an enquiry or confirming a booking, you ("Client", "you") agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

Bluesparrow Events designs and delivers activity-led experiences for children and families, including birthday experiences, mall and retail activations, corporate family days, residential society and real-estate events, carnivals and school programmes. Services may include activity design, materials, presenters and hosts, shows, setup and on-ground execution, as described in your quotation.

Unless specifically included in writing in your quotation, our services do not include venue booking, catering, return gifts, photography or videography. These are arranged directly by the Client.

2. Website content

Content on the Website is for general information. Photographs may be representative and actual activities, props, décor and materials can vary with theme, venue, scale and availability. Information on the Website is not an offer; only a written quotation from us sets out the services and price for your event.

3. Enquiries and quotations

  • Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking or any obligation for either party.
  • Quotations are based on the details you provide (such as date, location, venue, number of children and age group) and are valid for the period stated on them.
  • Prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. GST and any applicable taxes are charged as per law.
  • Travel, transport and outstation charges may apply depending on the event location and will be stated in the quotation.

4. Booking and payment

  • A booking is confirmed only after you accept the quotation and we receive the advance payment stated in it. Dates are not held without an advance.
  • The balance must be paid by the date stated in the quotation or invoice, and in any case before or on the event day unless agreed otherwise in writing.
  • Changes to the scope, number of children, timings or location after confirmation may change the price and are subject to availability.
  • Additional time requested on the event day is subject to team availability and will be charged at the rate we communicate.

5. Cancellations and rescheduling

  • Cancellation and rescheduling terms, including any refundable portion of the advance, are as stated in your quotation or booking confirmation.
  • Where no specific terms are stated, the advance is non-refundable, as it covers planning time, materials procured and team allocation. We will make reasonable efforts to move your booking to another available date.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time.
  • If we are unable to deliver a confirmed event for reasons within our control, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund of the amounts paid for the undelivered services.

6. Client responsibilities

  • Provide accurate event details, including the number and ages of children, and timely access to the venue for setup and wind-down.
  • Arrange the venue, any permissions required by the venue, society, mall or authorities, and suitable space, power supply and water where required.
  • Ensure that children remain under the supervision of their parents, guardians, teachers or the organiser at all times. Our presenters conduct activities; they are not responsible for the general custody or supervision of children.
  • Inform us in advance of any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions or accessibility needs relevant to the activities, so we can adapt or advise.

7. Safety

We design activities to be age-appropriate and conduct them under the guidance of our team. Some activities (for example, science experiments, slime and sensory play, or art materials) involve materials that must be used as instructed. Participants must follow our team's instructions. We may pause or stop any activity if we believe it is unsafe to continue, including due to venue conditions or participant behaviour.

8. Photographs and intellectual property

  • Concepts, activity designs, content, brochures and materials created by Bluesparrow Events remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. They may not be copied or reused without our permission.
  • We may take photographs or videos of our setups and activities for our records and portfolio. We will not publish identifiable images of children without the consent of the parent, guardian or organising client. See our Privacy Policy.
  • For brand, corporate and real-estate engagements, use of your name and logo in our portfolio is subject to your approval.

9. Damage to property

The Client is responsible for loss of or damage to our equipment, props or materials caused by guests or attendees, other than normal wear and tear. We take reasonable care at the venue and are responsible for damage directly caused by our team's negligence.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an event is limited to the amount you paid us for that event. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss or damage arising from the venue, third-party vendors engaged by the Client, or failure to follow our team's instructions.

11. Events beyond our control

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, extreme weather, epidemics, government orders, strikes, civil disturbance, or venue closure. In such cases we will work with you to reschedule, or refund amounts paid for services not delivered after deducting costs already incurred.

12. Use of the Website

You agree not to misuse the Website, including attempting to interfere with its operation or submitting false information. Links to third-party websites and apps are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any dispute amicably. Subject to that, the courts at Navi Mumbai / Thane, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
