Information about children
Our services are designed for children, but our Website and enquiry process are intended for parents, guardians and organisations. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children. You can ask us at any time not to photograph your child, or to remove an image we have published.

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and follow up, generally up to 24 months after our last interaction, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Booking, invoice and payment records are retained for the period required under tax and accounting laws.
